Nice place for fish and chips. Although anything other than the fish and tartar sauce, such as chips or mushy peas, need to be ordered separately.
Found this via google and I was not disappointed. The fish and chips were really good, both halibut and cod. I also recommend the onion ring and mushy peas too. Everything was battered nicely with a very appealing golden colour to it. Portion is also very generous and definitely value for money. The staff is also very accomodating to our questions and make recommendations to us after knowing we are first timers here.
What a find! GF fish & chips Sticky toffee pudding in one place! This was such a good meal, I will definitely be back for more. I ordered the cod fish & chips plus a side of roasted veggies. The fish was perfect - flaky, tasty and with a lovely crunchy batter. Would recommend it if in the area!
1st night in London, so had to be fish and chips! Lovely, small restaurant serving several kinds of battered fish with chips: cod, haddock, place, salmon, and a few others. Awesome, friendly service and excellent fish (went for cod!). Yummy fries and mint tea. Thank you, Hobsons for making our first night so enjoyable.
GLUTEN FREE really good fish and chips!! This lovely local place is perfect to try the iconic fish & chips gluten free the size was really good and the tastes was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed it, the layer of dough was perfect not too thick just perfect enough for each bite to have the taste of the dough and the fish, the fish is big and feels really fresh!! The potatoes were hand cut making them even better and with the vinegar it tasted really good!! The service was AMAZING, super kind people and fast!!! The place is beautiful, is really local I really enjoyed my lunch there!!! Will for sure come back

I especially love this branch in London – the service is fantastic, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. I also appreciate the variety of drink options – the classic Victorian lemonade is my favorite pairing with the meal. As for desserts, the fried Mars bar is a must-try – it tastes absolutely heavenly. Highly recommend this spot!
